The student gives us the first visit after hearing about us from a newspaper, advertisement, seminar /exhibition, previous reference.
As the student arrives at our reception, she/he is asked to fill an Initial Assessment Form. The assessment form is then delivered to the available education staff for their counseling. During the first interview the student is being assessed on following aspects:
Once the student conveys his/her course of interest then our aim is to search and find the required course or any other related educational programs within the available institution on our panel. Also we only focus those institutions which are recommended by their countries.
Once the course search is finished, student is once again called at our office. Our student counselor will render the information about the related course, institution and the tuition fee (initial deposit + registration fee). If the student agrees to go ahead with any of the given course / institution choices then he/she is asked to submit the academic certificates & transcripts, reference letters, curriculum vitae and statement of purpose.
On receipt of the academic documents submitted to the institution, we receive the conditional offer acceptance letter from the institution in the name of our student within 1-2 weeks and the student is again informed of the arrival of his/her conditional offer acceptance letter.
After going through the above mentioned steps, the student prepares a banker’s draft in the name of the concerned institution with respective amount written on the conditional offer acceptance letter and submits it in our office and we then courier the original draft to that particular institution in order to confirm the seat of our client (student).
After receiving tuition fee banker’s draft, we receive the confirmation of enrolment in the name of that particular student in which mentioned the course details with course starting and end date.
After receiving the confirmation of enrolment, a complete file of all related documents is prepared and organized along with the visa application form. Later on the file is dispatched to the Visa offices for entry clearance process.
After visa filing of our students we provide guidance and assistance to our students until visa grant or visa refusal.
Lastly, the student is guided regarding the living styles, living expenses, residency, transport, shopping, travelling, food availability and medical facilities at the chosen country.
